Where I can help

Couples Therapy

When you first fell in love, you didn't expect it to get this hard. The distance, the conflict, the feeling like you're roommates instead of partners. I work with couples to identify the patterns you've created and help you untangle the complicated dynamics of loving and being loved, so you can get back to the relationship you both want.

Individual Therapy

You are the teller of your own story, and you deserve space to be heard. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, your relationship to food or exercise or navigating a life transition, or just feeling stuck, I help individuals build self-awareness, heal old wounds, and move toward becoming the person you want to be.

Family Therapy

Parenting is relentless, and family dynamics get complicated. High conflict, life transitions, separation, loss—all of it takes a toll. I help families communicate better, increase connection, and create more comfort at home.
